Hmmm, as I look out at the cloudy skies & then down at my cosy jacket that I have to wear I wonder when summer is going to arrive.
However, no matter the weather it’s always sunny at Bay Web Designs (honestly) and I took an hour this morning to enjoy a free Costa (yay for those points building up) and some planning. I’ve just revisited a post I made at the beginning of the year about my goals for 2012 and realised I am actually achieving them.
Distilled into a few points it appears that I want to :-
- help others
- be creative
- write more
Judging by the kind recommendations and comments I am definitely helping others. I have possibly not been as creative as I would have liked but I am happy with what I have achieved*. Writing – that is definitely on track. I have been working on stuff not only for work but also for pleasure and that’s fantastic in my opinion.
I now have one other thing to add to my 2012 goals – charity. Both my husband and I agree that we love to help local causes and we also – independently – decided on the same charity we want to help. So watch this space for more info over the coming months.
*Colin is still inspiring me to try and draw cartoons.
