Mmmm, cookies

In line with recent government legislation* I have added an opt-in for cookies on my website. What are cookies?

There are many options out there for doing this however I am using Cookie Cuttr which is available as a wordpress plugin and as jQuery for other websites.

With WordPress it’s easy to set up, with further options available if you want to use them

Are you cookie-compliant? If you need help with your cookies then let me know.

*at the eleventh hour the govt did decide that consent was implied if you visited a website, however that could change and this could be required by law

  1. Hi Sharon, I’ve not sorted this cookie issue out yet I found the ICO guide the most informative

    http://www.ico.gov.uk/for_organisations/privacy_and_electronic_communications/the_guide/cookies.aspx

I’ll definetely try Cookie Cuttr out :)
